Students of the School of Global and Community Studies made sake brochures.

 The students of the School of Global and Community Studies (GCS) have made brochures to promote sake in Fukui prefecture. They made these brochures as a project for their class, “Project-Based Learning” course in spring and fall semester, 2017.

 Thirty-five students including six international students were involved in this project. They visited three different sake breweries, and interviewed master brewers and owners of these companies. This brochure is both in English and Japanese, and it also introduces shops or restaurants that you can buy and try these Fukui sakes.
